How to order from Taobao FOCUS?

To place order for Taobao items, you need to do the following:

1. Go to Taobao order page and send us ‘login request’ to access our order system.

2. Once you have login and password, choose “Submit my chosen items” in user menu of order system.

3. Submit one by one all the Taobao links to items you want to buy from Taobao, add your shipping address and click on “Submit order” button.

We will check all the items and your order, then we’ll confirm the order with information if all items are available or if you need to make changes to order.

To search items on Taobao on your own, you can use English to Chinese translation tool with Taobao direct search. Also you can find on our website most of categories Taobao in English.

If we happen to be offline and you need us to check items for you or get Taobao item related information, go to ‘Taobao search help’ and tell us your wanted items and related questions: we will give you the answer with the links as soon as possible.

Order procedure

1. Submit your Taobao order in order system and hold until we confirm the items you want to buy from Taobao.
2. We contact the taobao sellers to check the stock, inquire the product details and immediately give you the information about the products.
3. You confirm the order and make your 1^st payment
   (item price* + our service fee)
4. We buy the items for you as soon as we receive your 1^st payment.
5. After 2 – 5 days, your items arrive to our warehouse in Shanghai. We check the items for defects, repack and weigh them, and then tell you the international shipping fee, which is your 2^nd payment.
6. Once we receive your 2^nd payment, we send out your parcel and give you the shipping details. You can track your parcel from China with the tracking number we give to you.
7. You receive your parcel within 3 – 20 days. (DHL: 2 – 5 days, EMS: 5 – 10 days, AIR MAIL: 10 – 20 days).
