We accept Paypal for payment of Taobao agent service, items and international shipping.

Paypal is our primary payment method for Taobao orders. Paypal payment safety is ensured by cutting-edge secure payment technology and buyer protection programs. It allows easily adjust and follow-up your current payments.
And the most important: it is very fast.

To pay Taobao items, you can use your Paypal account or your international or local credit card (through Paypal secure website). We accept payments by international credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD) and many local payment cards (please check on your local Paypal website the credit cards that are currently accepted by Paypal).

We also accept Moneybookers and bank wire transfer.

For international buyers, we use EURO and USD as main currencies.
If you are using Taobao agent service from China, you can use bank transfer to pay your Taobao order in RMB.

Our currency rate is based on Paypal live currency rate. Currently it is 1RMB=0.1558USD. We don’t charge additional Paypal transaction fee. If you prefer Moneybookers or bank wire transfer as payment, the currency rate is comparatively lower.

How to pay on Taobao by yourself?

If you want buy on your own, you would need to get a local Chinese bank account and/or open Alipay account which you can recharge by Chinese internet banking or local post office, for example. Alipay is some way similar to Paypal, but have some advantages such as escrow and nearly all for free services.

Though, if you are outside of China, there is no possibility to get any of it, even if you would like to try a foreign card of Bank of China, for example, still it will not work.

Shipping

For Taobao international shipping, we offer 3 options with the biggest discount:

• DHL: 2 – 5 days to deliver after the dispatch. Taobao FOCUS offers up to 60% discount! With our price, for many countries, it is even cheaper shipping than EMS. DHL is especially recommended when your parcel is comparatively heavy.
• EMS: 5 – 10 days to deliver after the dispatch. Taobao FOCUS offers up to 50% discount! In cooperation with TNT shipping company, EMS is now able to deliver almost anywhere in the world.
• AIR MAIL: 10 – 20 days to arrive to destination. Shipping fees start from 14RMB! It is the cheapest delivery service, but the time for arrival is unstable and the delivery tracking service is not as good as for others.

Together with Taobao agent service we can also provide international shipping by UPS, Fedex, TNT, Hong Kong Post, SAL and inland transportation with various discounts.
