Parcel Up (Taobao FOCUS) work schedule during Chinese New Year holidays
Please be informed that during the Chinese New Year holiday period (Jan 28, 2017 till Feb 11, 2017):
Our online support is AVAILABLE to assist you during regular work hours!
Purchasing will be suspended from January 25 to February 5 inclusive and will resume on February 6.
Parcel shipment and packing services are NOT available from January 25 to February 3 inclusive, and will resume on February 4.
Most Chinese postal services are scheduled off from January 24 to February 3 inclusive; DHL is scheduled off from January 22 to February 3 inclusive.
Please note: delivery services may no longer accept parcels for domestic delivery within China starting from January 22.
Important!
During Chinese New Year holiday period, many sellers will return home and won’t work, and most factories will be closed, thus many items might be not available during this period.
For important or urgent orders, we highly recommend you to place such orders as soon as possible
You can place your orders and make payments during holidays, and we will process your orders right after the holidays based on the order of payments received. First paid, first processed!
