Our Live support is available during usual working hours till December 30 inclusively.
December 31, 2016 and January 6, 2017 our live support will work from 11:00 till 22:00 Beijing time.
January 1 and 7, 2017 Live support won’t work at all.
January 2, 2017 from 15:00 till 22:00 Beijing time
January 3,4,5, 2017 Live support will work as always from 11:00 till 01:00 Beijing time
We will return to our normal working schedule on January 8, 2017
Purchasing and preparing of shipping will be as normal. International shipping will be as usual, but there is a possible 1-2 days’ delay.
