Processing And Delivery Time

What is the delivery time for international shipping from China? What may influence delivery time?
First, we have to inform you that delivery time does not depend on Taobao FOCUS and we cannot provide any guarantee as for duration of shipping.

Below is the average delivery time:
Air Mail (China Post Air Mail): 14 – 40 days.
EMS (China Post): 10 – 28 days
DHL: 7-14 days

Delivery time depends on the destination country, in particular on the speed of the local customs clearance and local postal services.

How much time does it take to: return or/and exchange goods, refund money, purchase goods, receive at Taobao FOCUS warehouse, provide additional photos, send parcels, provide tracking number, confirm payment?
We do not provide any guarantee as for processing time, the information below is for the approximate time calculation.

Confirmation of payment: 1-2 days.

Purchase of goods: 1 day (if all taobao sellers are online)
Please note: purchasing is fast, but the seller may take several days to dispatch the goods.

Receive the goods at the warehouse: in average all the goods arrive to the warehouse within 3-5 days from the date when order status changed to “ordered” (which means that all items are shipped by sellers). But it happens that the seller gives an incorrect parcel number, then the timing may be longer than usual.

Return and refund by seller: within one week

Exchange of goods: 7 – 14 days

Provide additional photos or confirmation of goods in the parcel: 2-5 days

Ship parcels: the next day after the second payment is confirmed.

Track parcels online: 2 – 10 days from the date the tracking number provided in your order.

Refund money (in case of remaining money or canceled order): within 5 days starting from request date.
