After confirmation of the first payment (status 1st payment received), your order is transferred to dedicated buyer for processing (purchasing). The status of order while purchasing and delivery to warehouse is “processing”.
During processing you can add directly to your order additional items or taobao items for replacement of cancelled ones, also you can make a request to cancel item or submit changes to order (quantity, size, color and so on).
As you know taobao items are not always available, even if the seller displays that there are thousands of units in stock (find items on taobao.com).
When item is not available, you can submit a replacement item to substitute cancelled item – just add a new item directly to your taobao order. Attention: any difference in total order amount after adding items is automatically transferred to the second payment. Thus, if you add a new item, then you will pay for it together with the second payment. If the amount considerably increases, we may ask to add money to process your order (order status “attention”).
During order processing, you should frequently check the status of each item which appears next to the item number. Sometimes buyer of your taobao order may need additional information from you or ask to confirm the purchase by providing some details about the item, then we are expecting your answer within 2 days. Please reply as soon as possible, otherwise item will be cancelled after 48 hours passed.
If there are cancelled items in your order and you want to submit new items to your order, you should do it as quickly as possible, because it is possible to add new items only during “processing” status of your order.
Once order status changes to “ordered” (all items shipped by sellers), it is not possible to add items to current order. In case, if you still need add new items, you should create new order, make payment and combine your orders, so it can be shipped together in one parcel. Combining of orders costs 35RMB for each combined order (2 combined orders: 35RMB, 3 combined orders: 70RMB and so on).
It is important to submit replacements one by one, do not submit several options for replacement of the same item. Attention: all items submitted to your taobao order list will be processed and purchased.
If you need to cancel an item, you should use the function on your order page and submit request as soon as possible before the item is shipped by seller. We can cancel taobao item only if it is not yet shipped by seller. If the seller has already shipped taobao item, and you want to return it, then you need to pay 15RMB for delivery back to the seller and commission for item will not be returned.
Considering this information, we recommend that you create an order only for those items that you really will buy.
Once the order status changes to «ordered», all items should arrive to our warehouse in average within 3-5 business days. But time may be longer if there are any issues with the tracking of packages from taobao sellers within China, or when the seller provides incorrect parcel tracking number. It may take a few days to clarify the situation, particularly if the seller have to ship items again.
When all items arrive to our warehouse, order status changes to «arrived», then you are provided with the photo of all purchased taobao items, the weight of parcel and shipping price for your taobao order. Then you need to make the second payment or confirm the shipping of order.
