By using the Parcel Up website, parcelup.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service
We provide buying service and international shipping service. We buy the items on your behalf from Taobao.com and Tmall.com, as per your instruction, and deliver them to you with the shipping service of your choice. We do not sell any products. We may present on our site the links to third-party sites (mainly Taobao.com) only for your convenience.

Forbidden Items
There are some forbidden items that you cannot order using our service; they are as follows:
– Virtual goods. Such as mobile phone recharge, online game coins, etc.;
– Gambling. Like online casinos, raffles;
– Tobacco. All cigars, and cigarettes are forbidden except e-cigarettes;
– Prescription drugs and drugs. All prescription drugs and illegal drugs are prohibited;
– Firearms, Weapons, and Knives. Such as Kubotan, Nunchaku, Knuckle, Disguised knives, Turtle knife;
– Counterfeit goods or imitation commodities. Such as fake branded bags/shoes/clothes/accessories, etc.
– Mature audience products like adult DVDs. Sexy lingerie and adult toys are allowed.
– Laser Pointer >5mW;
– ModChip such as DSTTi, Acekard; M3i Zero, Acekard; DSTT; EZ Flash, N5 Revolution; SuperCard; Itouch DSTT, ACE Kard etc.

Items Forbidden For International Shipping
The following items are forbidden for international shipping: medicine, DVD, products containing powder or paste-like and liquid substances, arms/weapons, and all items which look alike aforementioned items. Additionally, batteries can be shipped only in small Airmail packets under 2kg. Food can be shipped only in vacuum sealed packages. You should inform yourself about the legislation in your country for the possibility of importing the type of items you want to buy from Taobao. We are not responsible for customs clearance in your home country.

Privacy Statement
It has always been our primary concern to protect your privacy. The information collected from you at the time you place an order is stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There is no personal data stored on our server online. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party. Read the Privacy Policy.

Contact
By providing us with your personal mail, you authorize us to contact you in connection with your instructions and to keep you well-informed about your order process. We will not email you about anything unrelated to your order.

Transaction Security
All payments made by you for our services are made through a secure gateway using any major credit card. We do not hold nor do we store any credit card information.

Delivery
On average, domestic delivery takes 3-5 days to arrive at our warehouse. International delivery time does not depend on Parcel Up (Taobao FOCUS), and we cannot provide any guarantee for the duration of shipping.

Below is the average delivery time for international shipping:
Air Mail (China Post Air Mail): 14 – 40 days.
EMS (China Post): 7 – 28 days
DHL: 5-14 days

Delivery time depends on the destination country, in particular on the speed of the local customs clearance and local postal services. However, the time for arrival does not depend on us, and we are not liable to any delay in delivery. We always try our best to ask for information and give you feedback in time. We can inquire about additional information about your parcel only if online tracking did not appear within 10 days of the shipping date or if the delivery time exceeds the above estimated time.

While using our service to purchase items, you have to inform yourself concerning import rules for items purchased abroad, and if requested, you are responsible for paying customs duties.

You are required to keep close track of your parcels. If there is any delay in receiving a parcel, you will need to contact the designated courier services agency or immediately inform us in order to inquire about the reason for the delay.

The risk of loss or damage to your order shall pass to the delivery company upon international shipping.

Cancellation
You can cancel the order before we started purchasing items. In such a case, the full amount of the first payment will then be refunded.

It is also possible to cancel an order after the purchase of goods, only if the seller agrees, but in this case, our commission will not be returned; and if the seller has shipped items, then the shipping fee will not be returned, and shipping back to the seller will be on your charge. Warning: if the item has already been bought, cancellations are not always possible – some sellers/stores do not accept the return of goods, and in such cases you cannot cancel the order.

Refunds and Returns
If the item meets the characteristics described by the seller and corresponds to your request (color, size, configuration, etc.) and there are no defects, such item is not eligible for return and refund. It is only possible to return items that are significantly different from the photographs and descriptions provided by the seller. Warning: some Taobao sellers don’t accept return/exchanges if they have shipped the correct item. In this case, we cannot do it either.

In case of return/exchange of item, it costs 35 yuan as additional service, and any shipping fee that would involve is on your charge.

Request to return/exchange items should be done from your order page using the corresponding option next to the items. If the seller agrees to a refund, we will send the goods back – your order will be updated only after the seller refunds us, then we will recalculate your order.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
While we try to offer reliable information, we cannot promise that the content of our website will always be accurate and up-to-date, and we are not responsible for inaccuracies in it.
While we help facilitate the buying process between you and the seller, we have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items you choose to buy. We are not responsible for the seller’s content, actions, inactions, the items he lists, or his destruction of allegedly fraudulent items.
While we warrant that the services will be provided using reasonable care and skill, we do not warrant that the items you order through Parcel Up (Taobao FOCUS) are error-free, accurate, or complete.

We shall not be liable for any claim arising out of the performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in your order, nor for any special, indirect, economic, or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue).

We shall not be responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged, or confiscated due to problems with customs clearance. Therefore, you must check with your country’s customs for specific customs laws.

We are not responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service fails after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist in the full content of this website, including the logo, images, web design, and all text concerning our service.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. We will request each customer to ensure that no counterfeits, non-licensed replicas, or unauthorized products (as stated in “Forbidden Items” of present Terms and Conditions) are purchased using our service. For branded items, the seller must present a certificate of authorization issued by the brand owner.

It is Parcel Up’s policy to take appropriate action where necessary to remove from our website the material that is claimed to be infringing. If you are an intellectual property rights owner and you believe a seller sells, offers for sale, makes available goods and/or services, or otherwise includes content or materials that infringe your intellectual property rights, then please email us a notice to [email protected]. We will provide you with the Infringement Report form.
