- Register on Parcel Up: The first step is to create an account on our website through free registration. Simply fill out your email address and create your password, then a link will be sent to the email provided. Check your inbox and follow the instructions to activate your account.
- Find items and place orders: Insert search terms or direct product links from Taobao on our search page to find your desired item. Once you find the item, choose the correct parameters and add it to your shopping cart on our order system. With all items added, you can now create the order and fill out the shipping information.
- Make first payment: First payment should be made shortly after creating orders to ensure item availability. You can either pay directly on the order page or recharge your account. To recharge your account, find “My Balance’ and then click on “Add Money.” You can pay via Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, or other payment methods.
- Track the purchase process and make changes: When your status shows “Processing,” it means your items are being ordered and prepared to ship to our warehouse. Meanwhile, you can add or cancel items, make replacements, or submit changes (size, color, etc.). When the status updates to “Ordered”, it means sellers have shipped all items, and the current order is closed for any changes. In case you would still like to add some items, you can create a new order and later combine them to ship in one parcel.
- Check items and make a second payment: Once the order status changes to “Arrived,” you will be provided with photos of all items we receive on your order. Please check the photos carefully and double-check whether all items of your order are in the photo and if all items are correct. In case of any issue, you can always contact us to resolve it. During this stage, returns and exchanges are possible. When all changes are finalized, you can proceed to make a second payment, and your parcel will be shipped the next day upon confirmation of payment received.
